Sounds like iffy gear. Primo depot itself won't do things like that immediately. Sounds similar to the low grade fever & sicky feeling you can sometimes get from inject winstrol. Primo will start showing sides, but not sick feeling within 8 hrs of a shot.

You could lay off the shots for a week and see if you continue like that. If it clears, you start the shots again and it happens again, then I'd say iffy gear. Maybe even fake primo.
