Workout: Chest/tris
sups: milk thistle, daily, ECAx25mg, Var 5mg
Day 5 of Var...Sides: none too major, not sure if it's in my head or not, but pumps in the gym seem to be major, and feeling kinda lethargic (but also could be mt f'ed up sleep schedule...not sure)

Flat BB bench: w/u 95x8, 115x4, 115x5, 115x3, 45x20
incline DB press: 35x10, 35x8, 32.5x6 (started feeling spent, so lowered weight to finish w/ strong reps)
dips BW (120)x10x2
tri pulley pull-downs overhand 35x10x3
tri pulley pull-downs underhand 35x8x3
single hand overhead DB extension 12x12x2

w/o got cut short due to REALLY busy gym. Everything I needed was being used, and we only get 60 mins of use in the daycare!!! DAMN!!!!

atleast your gym has daycare. :)

even if it was cut short it looks like it was a decent workout. i have heard that var increases pumps and vascularity.

yes, we are very lucky! The one we usually go to has a 90 minute limit, but this one is WAY busier, so we get stuck with 60 mins. which, is still great, considering it's all part of our monthly fee :)

day 5 of Anavar 5 mg
Leg day!
Squats 135x5, 185x5, attempted 225-FAIL, 135x10, 135x10
Plate loaded leg press 270x12x2
calf raises on leg press 27-x15x3
plie squats 60x10, 65x10x 7-x10
back extensions 25lbx12x2
lunges (smith machine) REALLY wish I knew the weight of the bar!! 70x8, 80x8, 80x8

usually do leg curls, but legs were pumped big time, and even after a good stretch, they felt stiff! great workout though, and looking forward to better ones to come!!

Shoulders!!!
used to do shoulders with back & bi's, but it was becoming too much. So, I added a shoulder day. I switch up the w/o frequently, and since I did bench yesterday, and back is tomorrow, I didn't beat 'em to death....very short w/o today.
Day 6 of Anavar 5 mg Ephedra 25mg

Workout:
Military BB press: 45x10, 85x8, 95x6, 65x10, 45x12
DB lat raises:12.5x8x3
face pulls (love these! never heard of 'em until yesterday!! rear delts were burning!! ) 40x10, 40x10, 50x10--wasn't sure what I could do. More weight next time.


would love some suggestions for more shoulder exercises.

Back & chest today!
Day 7 of Var 5mg....is it too soon to say it's working?!? major strength today.

pull ups: bw wide grip x7, bw close grip x8, bw wide x6, bw close grip x8, bw wide grip x 6, bw close grip x8
dead lifts 135x8x3
plate loaded seated rows 90(per side) 180 total x6 reps (only did 1 set)
flat bench w/u 45x12, 85x12, 95x10, 135x1, 45x20
incline bench 45x12, 65x12

finished with 1 more set of bw pull-ups widex5, close x4

feeling great!
