sups: milk thistle, daily, ECAx25mg, Var 5mg
Day 5 of Var...Sides: none too major, not sure if it's in my head or not, but pumps in the gym seem to be major, and feeling kinda lethargic (but also could be mt f'ed up sleep schedule...not sure)
Flat BB bench: w/u 95x8, 115x4, 115x5, 115x3, 45x20
incline DB press: 35x10, 35x8, 32.5x6 (started feeling spent, so lowered weight to finish w/ strong reps)
dips BW (120)x10x2
tri pulley pull-downs overhand 35x10x3
tri pulley pull-downs underhand 35x8x3
single hand overhead DB extension 12x12x2
w/o got cut short due to REALLY busy gym. Everything I needed was being used, and we only get 60 mins of use in the daycare!!! DAMN!!!!
