WOW it's amazing how much 1lb makes a difference at your leaness. The definition looks a lot better all around.
Thanks for the encouraging words. It helps to keep me motivated. Hoping to break 200 between now and Christmas

Weight down to 203, so I'm down 3 pounds. Happy to be back in fat loss mode again. Was hungry this week, but just embraced it.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I genuinely appreciate it.

Coach sent me into a tailspin this past week when I asked him about 2026, and what goals we wanted to set, etc. He told me, "I want you to hold this conditioning throughout the year, and focus on your health." Huh? You want me to pay you a coaching fee to tread water? I don't think so. So every week I send him "progress" pics and he says, "perfect, you look exactly the same, don't change anything... again." There's nothing wrong with that, but I don't need a coach for that. I need a coach when I'm trying to make a transformation. So, unfortunately, I'm going it alone in 2026.

Having said all that, I concur with him that I shouldn't be pursuing a growth phase that would be typical for a competitive bodybuilder in his 20s or 30s, but I certainly can do an "old man push" and that's what I'm going to do. I'll hold my PEDs at 20mg test ED and 10mg mast prop ED until 4/1. Then I'll do a push.

My plan is to continue my present training split where I train 6 days per week and rest on Sunday. Days 3 and 6 will be back and arms, what I consider my weaker body parts. I'm going to do a push with a goal of about 0.5lb gain per week using a carb cycling plan, with days 3 and 6 are my high carb days.

Protein and fats will stay pretty much constant on all 6 days, and carbs will vary from about 350g/day to about 650g/day on the high days, with about 75% of those carbs focused about my training window, which is between meals 1 and 2.

I also plan on running humalog at 5IUs pre workout and again post workout for the first 6-8 weeks, and evaluate how that goes. If I'm happy with it, and not gaining fat, i'll move that up to 10 IUs pre workout and post workout with a commensurate increase in carbs in meals 1 and 2 and in my intra workout drink (HBCD). Goal is to hold my conditioning at below 10% BF while putting on a solid 5-7 pounds of lean tissue.

Regarding PEDs, I'm not exactly sure what I'm going to do, but I'm considering something like test @ 600mg/wk, EQ @ 300mg/wk and NPP @ 300mg/wk. That may be where I want to finally land, but I may start out at levels half that: test @ 300mg/wk, EQ @ 150mg/wk, and NPP @ 150mg/wk.

Oh yeah, GH at 4 IUs in the AM, and another 4 IUs before bed.

So are you dropping your coach or giving him an ultimatum?
