This is the first year I've been invited to lift at the Arnold. I've never even been to the expo.
Anyone else going to be there? Anything I should see or do after I finish lifting?

No doubt, but it ain't bodybuilding. Anything for more income(or what they think will be), I guess.

Not to worry, in a few years physique will be bodybuilding and we can start the dance all over again with different words.

It is the most crowded event I've ever been to. I found its best to get there early if you want to see all the venders…
