If your anecdotal experience goes against the law of thermodynamics then yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. I'm sorry that there is no real "nice" way to say that. You are not gaining/dropping muscle or fat without an energy deficit. Period. Again, this is basic, well known, fact and no amount of complaining about the "science" is going to change that.So you are saying the way I've always dropped weight is physically impossible?
