Today went better than expected, no injuries, lol!

Bike intervals 20 min
Bench press 0x15/30x8/20x10x2
Decline press 20x10x3
Incline press 20x8/20x6x2
Fives 40x15x3
Hammer curls 5x20/30x5/25x8/20x10
Machine flys 55x10x3
Preacher (ez bar) curls 15x10/20x10/15x10
Dumbbell curls 5x20/25x6/20x10/15x15

I wish I could ask for a spot Jenner, it's just that the majority of my workouts are at 4am and the gym is empty at that time. I realize I'm not lifting a lot of weight right now, I'm more afraid of not being able to control the regular bar if it gets tough and wreck my shoulder or something. Not sure if it is better to use the smith machine, or lower my weight and start using a regular bar. Thanks! :)

Personally I would lower the weight and use the bar :)

I agree with Jenner on this one. I hurt my shoulder in February on a Smith Machine where I could not even sleep on it. I won't get near them now and only now am I pain free. I always have a day for shoulder and rotator cuff work and this will also help you with your benching. Looking good so far, snadykins.
