Have you made a Picanha steaks or brisket. a great option to not buying wagyu $$$ and many think its as good or better to the best black angus rib eye.

smoked one for 5 hours at 210 using hickory and oak, its so tender Hockey players can eat it without their teeth. next time Ill wrap it with wagyu talow but may not be needed as its juicy and tender all over the Picanha small brisket. way way better than regular Angus Brisket. its quality beef. and cheaper than Rib eye..

Ill see if Angry Chair is back to normal LK.. will see if they have something good..
