Feb 25, 2015 I tried this and it was great. Boneless/skinless Chicken breast Brown Spicy Mustard (smother chicken breast) Throw on the grill in Indirect heat (charcoal; put apple wood chips on charcoal) Cook for about 45 to an hour until internal temp is 165. You can soak your wood chips or not, but if not you'll want to keep your water spray bottle handy. Gas grill; soak chips and put into a homemade Formed aluminum foil bowl. Put over burner. You may have to spray with water bottle as well with this to keep from fire starting and keep smoke going.
