What I’m running ped wise? Well I just started up creatine again at about 1g daily. I don’t write about what’s going on in the life of monsoon because it’s so horribly depressing.
most of the time when I’m updating the log I’m getting ready for work so it’s short and sweet. I’m sorry I was being selfish and denying my public what they want. I will try to be more descriptive.

Lmao. What kind of creatine? Do you notice a difference? I don’t notice shit from it but it’s supposed to be good for your brain health too so I take it anyways. And we need your depressing life shared so we can feel better about ours! Appreciate you understanding! Lol

the creatine is Creapure from true nutrition. I don’t use much because my stomach doesn’t care for it. Tough to say how much or if any difference but it can’t hurt right?As far as depressing life, one of my kids is having an unearned and undeserved graduation tomorrow so I have family to deal with. This is a double whammy due to some other drama that I really don’t need or want their input on. So of course I’ve been drinking a wee bit this weekend. Last night perhaps a touch too much and fell asleep on the couch. Woke up hungry a few hours later and made some poor nutrition choices then off to bed for about 4 more hours Felt better than I should have this morning but expectations were low. I took off work so no hurry. Went for a quick walk to start the process.
lower body warm up including a circuit of back raises, ab pull down, hamstring curls and bird dogs.
squat 365 3x3 385 2x2 315 3x5
decided not to pull any dead’s because my low back was feeling tired and I don’t want an injury today.
hang on inversion table to reset my spine.

was that better?

Muy bueno! Hope U saved some of that booze for tomorrow. Lol. We talking high school graduation? I honestly don’t know how my youngest daughter graduated last year. Surprised the hell out of us honestly. At least you still have the motivation to get a walk and workout in.

a little walk to warm things up. I discovered that my biceps and shoulders are still sore and tired possibly influenced by poor sleep and nutrition since Saturday. Once back in the gym;

then the real work began I carried a treadmill upstairs to put in another place for my wife not to use it.

having strange issue with my right wrist. Intermittent pain. This is the wrist that was broken a couple years ago. Until now haven’t had a lot of problems other than stiffness and a little occasional soreness. It did not effect my grip or anything during training though.
Bench 220 x 5,5,5,4,5 cheated a bit on last set
Barbell row 135 8 or 9 x 5
SSB JM press 155 3x5
parrallel grip pull up/ squee curl superset 7,6,6
db 1 arm oh ext 25 3x10

anyway, my squat died on the battlefield like so many of our heroes.
doubles at 20lb increments 135-385 and then 400 stuck at the bottom
dead triples to 315
ab wheel/ GHR 4x10
