Saturday I did some bench and rows after a very late Friday

rdl 135 5x8
rode my bicycle to pick up my car and it was absolutely brutal. Not ridden more than a few times in the last 25 years or so but maybe a perfect lactic acid finisher for the quads

I know that feeling. When I bought my bike last year, I figured I would jump on it and go hit the trails for some long rides. It hit a lot harder than I thought it would for sure.

trying to figure out where the upper body weakness is coming from. Pretty sure it’s shoulders.
Bench 185 6x5 225,250x1
bar row x a bunch but only up to 115
cls grip 160x9,7,8
played around with cleans but took an awkward step and don’t want to risk the back
handful of db OHP pull ups, curls and stuff
