You may be coming down with something. I know when I am feeling a little under the weather my pressing and arm strength suffers. For some reason it has no impact on my legs or heavy pulls, but just about everything else goes to shit.

Well, I am sick but I was speaking more in general rather than just today. I can’t help but wonder if it’s related to my back issues in some way.

Nice work. Is the hip shift scary? I have had my knee slide a little during a lift and was like WTF and racked it really quick.

Yes, it’s scary because of the back issues. it’s also a huge energy drain and reduces your squat significantly
