How much warm up are you doing before getting into your working sets on bench? Just wondering if there is something you could do to help with that shoulder.

Sounds good. Incline movements like incline fly or light presses tend to warm up my shoulder best for pressing. I know some guys will do face pulls to get the rear delts warmed up as well, but I have never taken it that far.
