Dang brother. That is bad if the shoulder cannot handle the bar on z-press. I am all out of suggestions at this point.
I appreciate the thought. It happened before, I wish I could remember what I did last time.

Nice work.

I understand the sleep deprivation. I have major sleep issues and get around 3-4 hours a night most of the time, but sometimes it is only 1.5-2 hours. My body has adapted to 3-4 hours, but if I get less, it crushes me.

How is the shoulder?

Haven’t really tried much overhead, I’m able to bench with a little pain
