I would stay away from any presses overhead for a while and switch to dumbbells for your chest. Give reverse grip dumbbell presses a try. They do not place the same pressure on the wrists that a reverse grip barbell does, because your wrists are canted a little and it still keeps the emphasis on pecs and does not transfer as much stress to the triceps like the barbell. I go with about half the weight I do normal dumbbell presses with.

When you do so many sets you forget how many you did. Haha. I have been there. When I use my home gym I record all my training sessions, so I just replay the video to get my count.

Nice work.

Floor press. Was able to do these with no pain, but no strength either

tried @genetic freak reverse db press 20s 3x12 did hurt a bit. Reminds me of the Cuban press

Nice work brother!

Every time I try something new with bands or just a different band I think in my head, "Either this is going to be awesome or I am going to get obliterated." The best one - My adjustable incline bench has handles near the head you can hold on to when doing leg lifts or whatever you want to do with them. I run a single band under the bench and loop it on both handles then my wife transfers the loop to the handle of the dumbbell when I am set at the bottom of an incline or military press. I ran a 60-120 lbs band and thought this is either going to work great or when she puts the band on the one side before she transfers it to the other it is going to tear everything in my shoulder. To make it better, as she is doing it, I told her I have never done this before. Haha. It worked awesome BTW.

band ham pump. I always do these as part of my warm up but threw a few sets in at the end too.

Good Luck, You need to just carry on This is all about life and keep trying again and again. No matters there so many ups and downs so try to get up and keep it up.
