Roughly, as you can see above, only 30 today. And it's 4 x week for three weeks and then another heavy singles day and back to 2x week for awhile then three and so on.Looks like a Squat cycle planned around keeping the total reps somewhat constant; is that the plan or am I reading between the workouts too much? I'm looking at recent workouts since your 11/08 heavy singles day ... 4x9=36, 5x7=35, and 7x5=35. So is 9x4 next, and 12(!)x3 coming up, or does this numerical progression stop somewhere soon? Three Squat days a week seems like too much to my lazy self, esp. with assistance work added; what led to this aggressive training approach?
