At some point in yesterday's squats I tweaked or aggravated something in my lower back. I hope it's minor because it fking hurts and the muscles are all seized up twisting me into some kind of mess
A lot of light db stuff, walking and hanging from rack for the last two weeks. I'm starting to recover. I really want to climb back on the squat train Monday.
Today was first of any kind of squatting.
Wide stance front squat to low box.
135 3x5 185 3x3 225 5x1 back felt fine, tough on abs though
