bench was set for 240 5x5 today but distracted loaded up to 250 and on realized it on set one rep 3. If I hadn’t noticed I probably would’ve just thought I was having a bad day and it would feel great next week.
reloaded 240 5x5
db support rows 50x10,10 75 6x10
close grip 155x10,8,5 made the mistake of superset with
db pullover 50x10,10 60x10 pump was too much and could not finish the close grip

3 weeks in a row was asking too much, could have been worse and the miss was my fault. Warm ups and ramp were perfect, making me over confident and did my technique was shitty.
