i need to figure out a new schedule. I never have time on Saturday and deads are probably my biggest weakness.

my back is really fucked up since Saturday I can barely limp around the block. Spent most of the day hanging upside down and doing some light Cuban presses, scap pull ups and band rows

back is starting to loosen up somewhat. That is positive, downside is now the pain comes.
I did feel good enough to at least get in the gym and do some light dbs and bw.
4 sets each of the following;
pull ups
3 way db raise
seated db oh
cross body row
db curls
push downs
wrist work with hammer
2 sets preacher db and lying extension
