back is starting to loosen up somewhat. That is positive, downside is now the pain comes.
I did feel good enough to at least get in the gym and do some light dbs and bw.
4 sets each of the following;
pull ups
3 way db raise
seated db oh
cross body row
db curls
push downs
wrist work with hammer
2 sets preacher db and lying extension
