I'm haunted so I hear ya on sleepless nights, I hit the bed around 2 am , wake up at 3 , fall back asleep around 4 , wake up around 7:30 these days been like that for years , like once a month I crash for 8 or 9 hours.

Look for some celestial seasonings Sleepy Time Tea, it works.

It’s not so much falling asleep or being sleepy. I usually sleep for about 4-6 hours and then it becomes a cycle of nightmares and waking.

I have a knot pinching a nerve in my upper left back since last Thursdays Z press. It made benching damn near impossible today.
