GM's can be tricky , they should start at or close to the bottom of your squat , standing feels harder being you burn alot of your gas on the heavy eccentric movement. Seated GM's are fun you can try those , just get your seating down first they can scrunch your junk up , no fun sitting on half your nuts with 420lbs on your back haahahaah.

Went to Dr just now for what should be my last elbow appointment. He asked what concerns I had and I told him about losing my grip on deads and said i shouldn’t be deadlifting anymore anyway.
