GM's can be tricky , they should start at or close to the bottom of your squat , standing feels harder being you burn alot of your gas on the heavy eccentric movement. Seated GM's are fun you can try those , just get your seating down first they can scrunch your junk up , no fun sitting on half your nuts with 420lbs on your back haahahaah.I’m shook when it comes to good mornings. I never do them correctly & always mess my lower back up. Ham engagement is so crucial for success. Best of luck brother!
