I did not train today. This cold/flu/covid/plague or whatever is kicking my punk ass. I did want to update as I got some Christmas goodies. I got a new pioneer lever belt and some elitefts super heavy elbow sleeves. A massive 2025 total is inevitable

still dying of the common cold or something but I can’t stand being out of the gym and I really want to start breaking in the new belt so some light SSB is just what the doctor warned me about.

On Friday I finally got to see a specialist for my elbow problem. He told me that I got the shitty end of the arthritis stick and my elbow is falling apart. He said that he wouldn’t consider surgery for another 20 years because the elbow is the only joint that can’t be fully replaced and I would have an even worse outcome. He told me to relax and enjoy the pain cause it’s not going anywhere. He told me there’s no reason not to get back to lifting because it’s not going to make a difference anyway.

late start due to dr appointment to follow up on labs. She wants kidneys and cholesterol in check before addressing testosterone. So back in 2 mos for recheck.

I’m shook when it comes to good mornings. I never do them correctly & always mess my lower back up. Ham engagement is so crucial for success. Best of luck brother!
