rear DB swings/ straight back raise 25s 3x20/10
light curls, band rows, 5lb side raise
Thanks but Don’t know what a good result would be at this point. Nothing or catastrophic are the only two acceptable and maybe nothing is worse because it hurts like a mf. Wife even said that she hopes I need surgery so I’ll take some time off

wasnt expecting to log today, but my transmission threatened that i wouldn’t make it home if I continued to work so after dropping off at the dealership I found myself with some unexpected free time this afternoon
