right on , thats tricky for sure ,,, you could try putting your bands over head maybe ? so its lighter at the bottom and heavier up at lock out ,, not sure where your stress is coming in on the rep ... probably just best to rest it ,, i have a habit of coming up with "work arounds" for injuries but in the end just fuck myself up half the time when rest would of cured it faster.I was planning on SSB for the rep days. I’m concerned about pulling though because it aggravates the elbow and I can’t go heavy on the bench either.
