So, PT said 6-8 weeks is the low end 6-8 months is the high. More questions than answers at this point. Should I just go all in at this point? Crash my test levels and be a schlub for 6-8 and hope it ends in a script? Keep doing what I’m doing and hope it accelerates healing? Drop test and try gh?
Wow ,, thats for one of the smart kids to answer , I got no clue on the right way to handle any of that , I stay on come hell or high water but for the most part , I'm only good as a bad example for most things.

Still appreciate your response. I have a lot going on right now and wondering if I should just get it over with and take it all at once. What sucks is that I feel that I finally have things going right hormonally and might have to make things worse for awhile.

I currently have a friend that dropped all test and started taking hog because he is having fertility issues the first month he was a menopausal woman.He is however feeling better so I think it would be a tough spot mentally and physically to get through but doable if a script is what you want

This is what I'm using for squats right now as I mainly focus on my pulling. Its short sweet n simple like that lil fat girl we all dated in 7th grade. Once you get it downloaded , save it to your drive and then once you got it open , there is the main programming for all 3 , and if you look there is a second lower tab that will open the RSR Masters , thats my jam right now. Give it a look it might fit your time schedule

It's been working well so far , and I can bang it out first on lower day and still have plenty of gas for pulling afterward. Only thing that I did "alter" was using SSB and the box for either just the final main sets or one whole work out. So like Monday I'll use the straight bar and then Thursday i'll use SSB and what ever height I want on the box or some variation of that.

Just keeps me from getting stale with either bar and form I reckon.

I was planning on SSB for the rep days. I’m concerned about pulling though because it aggravates the elbow and I can’t go heavy on the bench either.
