tricep prayer
was going to do a little more Bo’s and tris but my elbow is screaming
trying some floss right now

relentless self abuse over the weekend has me feeling like crap today, but like many of you in that other thread, something I just gotta do.

squat 315 2x5
db rdl 50x10 60 3 or 4 x 10
landmine front squat thing 1 plate x10 +35 x5 +25x10, plate x10

Monday afternoon I was involved in an incident at work and felt tremendous pain in my right arm just above the elbow. I thought that I had torn the triceps. I went to the ER and several hours later was told that it was tendinitis and to take ibuprofen. By Thursday I could fully extend my arm without pain and the pain had mostly moved from the triceps to the elbow joint itself. Now it’s only a big deal if I flex beyond 90 degrees. I skipped bench and back on Wednesday because of it and don’t know what I’ll do tomorrow.
Another concern is that my blood pressure was pretty high at the ER. Like 155/95
this is unusual for me because I normally have decent pressure for my age and weight. I was planning to visit the Dr soon to make another attempt at TRT and wanted to have all my health markers in check because she is extremely conservative as it is and unlikely to prescribe test unless my total is more than 3 and I have no issues.

The injury is nothing. I have a lot of anger and other issues over the incident and as previously discussed in this thread and others, training is something that helps with mental health so when that’s effected…

Bench 225 3x5 set four, pain was too much
supported db rows 75s 6x10. 2 sets in between each bench set so would have kept going
rear db swings 50s 4x10
lat/tricep prayers
Db side rs 3x25
both elbows freaking hurt now

After Saturday I was in some ridiculous pain around both elbow joints. I don’t want to skip upper body days, believe me I need it

So, PT said 6-8 weeks is the low end 6-8 months is the high. More questions than answers at this point. Should I just go all in at this point? Crash my test levels and be a schlub for 6-8 and hope it ends in a script? Keep doing what I’m doing and hope it accelerates healing? Drop test and try gh?
