db curls was going to superset with 1 arm oh ext but right elbow hurt so light push downs instead

While I’m happy that my bench has been trending upward, I know that it’s been sloppy and I’m bouncing. So I’m working on pausing at the bottom and hopefully legitimizing my numbers.

I fuck around with Fat Gripz still! My forearms have shrunk in my deadlifting absence. Sad.
How do you find the SSB compared to regular barbell squats? Those sets of 20 are beastmode bro

There is no way I could do sets of 20 at least not more than one without it. I can grab the rack when I get dizzy or when taking breaths before the last 5 or 1
