SSB 145x20 195x20 215x20 235x20 on the 235 set,started to have pain just above right knee. I wanted to go on but not willing to risk injury when things are going well.
superset db rdl 50s x10
ab wheel/ GHR 3x10
dead grip work, pulling from rack above knee 255

You Sir I do believe , have saved my life. Since you told me about the inversion table and I picked it up , ive been hanging as long as i can for a couple minutes a day. Slowly I gotten all the feeling back in most of my leg and all of my toes. My back and hinge have been actually firing and I can once again "push the world away" with my legs as I pull. Today was speed day then I went on to try some heavy dynamic singles with the bands n chains , had 405 on the bar , 2 grey bands for an added 260lbs and then 40 lbs of chains , she topped out at 705 , pulled it twice. Thank you. From the top bottom and both fucking sides of my heart ,, thank you.

of course time won

it was suggested that I move the lunges to after squats. Also I don’t usually include the tedium of my warm ups and prep so here it is;
3 rounds. Back raise, ab pull down, Cossack squat, banded leg curls, quad stretch and bird dog. Today I added a banded extension to see if it helps my knees. So far so good.

so no knee pain yesterday but for some reason right knee hurts today. Skipped the C&J though I like them and want to make it a reg thing.
standing OHP shoulders were tight as hell 135x5,3,3,3,3
pull ups/ db lean away raise 20 3x10
db floor press/ extension 50 3x10
db preachers
bar curl/ 1 arm push down/ db side raise 3 rounds

had to move yesterdays training to today due to a scheduling conflict. Still ran out of time.
squat 335 5x3 340 2x5 (plan was 10x3)
dead, pulling really pretty reps at 265 so didn’t bother adding weight

this is getting ridiculous with sleep and time. Definitely be some scheduling changes soon.
