You Sir I do believe , have saved my life. Since you told me about the inversion table and I picked it up , ive been hanging as long as i can for a couple minutes a day. Slowly I gotten all the feeling back in most of my leg and all of my toes. My back and hinge have been actually firing and I can once again "push the world away" with my legs as I pull. Today was speed day then I went on to try some heavy dynamic singles with the bands n chains , had 405 on the bar , 2 grey bands for an added 260lbs and then 40 lbs of chains , she topped out at 705 , pulled it twice.
