I was on the stall mat and folded up a towel to kneel on. Still uncomfortable but it’s only a couple reps right? I probably did not use my hips enough. Next time I may video from the side to get a look at it. Curious if I will feel anything different tomorrow

So where has monsoon been? The question all sports fans have been asking this week. My apologies. Short answer, he was ill. When walking from bedroom to family room requires a two hour nap there’s not much energy left to train. I even missed work. I didn’t know the process for call in sick since I’ve never done it. Still not feeling great but don’t want to lose all my gainz bra. Shot 500mg test and 100 tren to get going this morning.
