strained so hard it started to go dark.
I recently dug out my old elitefts knee sleeves so I thought I’d give them a try today. Took a bit of baby powder but pulled them on and knees felt good. For those that follow along, you know I’ve been concerned about my hip flexors recently so I set a very low box.
Squat warm ups felt good so I took a big jump that I shouldn’t have.
Squat 315 x5 395x oops- actually was coming back up and I guess lost confidence when it started to stall so I dumped it.
Decided to punish myself with rep deadlift 135x20 185x15 225x11
in between I did sets of 10 with 135 squat just touching the low box.
We all have those moments , just yesterday for me on max work
everything felt good til it didn't legs were shaking like a dog trying to shit out a peach pit , unracked a lil over 5 sort of chuckled to myself at how much I was shaking and right back in the hooks it went hahaah live to fight another day.
