what a week, I don’t know how people deal with traffic every day. It’s a miracle that I made it without any loss of life.
Finally able to get a workout in today, so I thought I’d ease back in.
walking Lunge 3x down and back roughly 14 steps per leg. Hams went crazy at glute tie in, still feeling it.
