SSB 255 5x10
sumo pulls to 295 then conventional 315. I suck at deads
GHR/ pull through. First set of pull through I got a hellacious low back pump/spasm I had to stop but it subsided and I was able to get 2 more sets
I used to think I was pretty good at arm wrestling until I got to watch real arm wrestlers hahahaa NOPE ,, like boxing ya think , fuck thats not so hard then you lock on to a real fighter for the first time and get slapped around like you took cookies out of the jar before supper hahaahah
