Squats are getting ya huh ? my knees are pretty fucked from football and just being a fat bastard most of my life. have you tried working off a box or using your bench ? box squats take a lot of the stress off my knees and allow me to work my posterior chain much better. You can use the box for front squats as well , I just turn my ssb around backwards and put the handles over my shoulders12/29/2023

I do use a box the majority of the time including today. Perhaps I do it wrong . Right on man , i do that as well low box ill use a car rim with a 2x12 for a seat . then competition height is where you are now and ill do high box by putting my bench up on a 2x . so i can work all 3 parts of the lift.
