Testosterone level too high for Dr to help out. not sure how to go about the free test though because in my opinion that’s what matters and it’s at the bottom of the scale.

Squats are getting ya huh ? my knees are pretty fucked from football and just being a fat bastard most of my life. have you tried working off a box or using your bench ? box squats take a lot of the stress off my knees and allow me to work my posterior chain much better. You can use the box for front squats as well , I just turn my ssb around backwards and put the handles over my shoulders

I do use a box the majority of the time including today. Perhaps I do it wrong . I have the box set at or slightly below parallel

Right on man , i do that as well low box ill use a car rim with a 2x12 for a seat . then competition height is where you are now and ill do high box by putting my bench up on a 2x . so i can work all 3 parts of the lift. Sounds like your doing it right , just takes us old guys more time to get there

trying to start the year off right.
Made some changes to my squat to hopefully lessen the knee pain. Dropped the box down another notch and widened my stance. Seemed to have helped during the session and we’l see how they feel later today.
Wide stance, low box squat 315x3 365,385x1 315x1 145x10,8
kick stand single leg RDL 50x5,8,8 60x8
