Skipped Friday due to the Dr appt, but I have to go back before 1000 for the testosterone test. Good news though, blood pressure and pulse were good.

Been a rough couple days in the gym.

while transitioning to a seated OHP, the bench slipped while my hands were on the bar and I felt a bit of a strain/sprain in the right pec. I don’t know if it was fear or pain but I was unable to continue
