Barely. Both my knee and back are vulnerable every time.
Right. I wanted to try pendulum squat machine for first time ever. Back had been feeling great for like a year. It’s been three months since I tried them and my back is still fucked up. Pain every day. Thought I would be ok. I’ll never learn. One of these days I will figure out how to grow my legs. Lol

I have access only to the bar and a SSB if I had machines I would try them My legs look skinny to me but they have been complemented by non train
