squat 385 just didn’t feel right so I racked it. Not worth losing another two weeks. A shame two as I did a good wrap job on my knees.

Never forget
So my back felt surprisingly decent today and I was excited to get under the bar. Felt a little weak through warmup but no pain. Started working, 385 no problems loaded up 405. Almost to the bottom and felt a sharp pain in my right KNEE? WTF Had to leave it there just because the surprise threw me off. Moved on to SSB volume but could do nothing . It feels fine atm but flares with extension. Hopefully nothing serious.
in positive news, with no back pain did my first pulls in awhile. Just rdl 135 5x10, but it’s progress.
