Back is a problem this week. I can’t point to any specific incident and it seemed fine following Mondays training.
front squat 135x5,185x5,205x3,225x2+2,2+2. 135x5 115x10
before and between first few sets, I did walking lunges, no added weight. I hate doing those so I probably need to do it more.
no deads today due to back but I did do some frame carrys with the trap bar.
one set of GHR and hanging leg raises
