No dead due to a bad knot under my right scalp that makes pulling as well as life very uncomfortable.

everything hurts today. Could not get comfortable/stable on the bench so I ditched the bench press.

Terrible day. Plan was to hit a max squat to base training on in the next cycle. Lot of stress at home this week may have effected me. Last warm up set was 375, no problems there.
405 pick did not feel right and went nowhere. Reset at 415 or 420. Picked easy but part of my stress problem walked in right as I walked it out and I dumped it to avoid injury.

today was better. The knot in my upper back is still an issue though. While less painful it seems to be pushing on a nerve making my right arm feel off occasionay
