The new year is upon us and the road back to a 600 squat begins today. Also, I recognize that I fell off the logging last year and it was lacking the detail and commentary that my loyal fans expect from me so I resolve to do better this year.

still have the upper body/pressing dilemma. I really want to get my OHP going again but it’s painful just lifting an unloaded arm above my head. Working on stretching and hammering the area with a lacrosse ball etc.
db Ohp 25x10 ouch 20 4x12 did some iso holds with barbell. When fully extended there is no pain.
db chest supported rows 60s x infinity I try to do more pulling than pressing
SSB JM press 145x4,5,5
pull ups/ db side raise with fat grips
preacher curls/ band push downs

Thursday is the day that I have the least amount of time for training. It is also my secondary lower body day. unfortunately that leads to a rush and disorganization.
