I would stay away from any presses overhead for a while and switch to dumbbells for your chest. Give reverse grip dumbbell presses a try. They do not place the same pressure on the wrists that a reverse grip barbell does, because your wrists are canted a little and it still keeps the emphasis on pecs and does not transfer as much stress to the triceps like the barbell. I go with about half the weight I do normal dumbbell presses with.
