Keep forgetting to log on Saturdays It was Pause bench, supported db rows, some light OHP etc

Looks like a Squat cycle planned around keeping the total reps somewhat constant; is that the plan or am I reading between the workouts too much? I'm looking at recent workouts since your 11/08 heavy singles day ... 4x9=36, 5x7=35, and 7x5=35. So is 9x4 next, and 12(!)x3 coming up, or does this numerical progression stop somewhere soon? Three Squat days a week seems like too much to my lazy self, esp. with assistance work added; what led to this aggressive training approach?

Roughly, as you can see above, only 30 today. And it's 4 x week for three weeks and then another heavy singles day and back to 2x week for awhile then three and so on.
It's based on the old Smolov cycles, but my back can only handle it in short bursts. I am determined to get my squat back to respectable or die trying.
