I've been catching up on some of your log. First of all, you have had this thing running for quite some time. That's fantastic as you can easily go back and reference some of your training history, good work.
Also, hate to hear about the spinal injuries. At our age it seems like there is always something to hold any of us down.
I do have a few questions though, and I'll start with this one: I can't seem to make sense out of how you've grouped your movements on a consistent basis....can you help me understand what your overall training program is?
