    Crappy squat day. All I could manage was 315x1,1,1 I was expecting 350 or so
    Deads not too bad hit 315 easy but could not finish at 325
    Pull through 10x8
    Spread eagle sit ups 4x12

    Maybe time to return to some volume on squat.

    How's the progress coming on everything? I thought you were adding volume monsoon?

    I haven't decided exactly how to do it yet. Perhaps adding 3-5 sets of 10 of the main movement on ME days?
