Feels like I've been stuck there for awhile, I tried 305 last week and couldn't get it. Today's 300 wasn't the prettiest but it also wasn't super difficult. Maybe the lockouts and bands will help push 5 or 10 pounds so I can get past 300.
I already use hot pink and a product called fast arthritis aid that is the hottest I could find.
If you strongly recommend it, I can get the toast as the hot pink is low

Squat 280 6x2 knees again, I wonder if it has anything to do with using the box a lot? I'm still legal, but my depth is probably somewhat less.
Hip thrust/ band abd 3x20
