Feel like crap today. I have some sort of cold or allergy issue that's kicking my ass. But as my loyal fans know, I hate to miss a workout.

Hi monsoon. Damn just saw your journal goes back 4 years! Thats dedication here! Nice. Just reading back a few of your entries. Hope you're feeling better. I always seem to get under the weather when Fall rolls around (*knock on wood) Sucks on the knees. That's one reason I stopped squatting consistently. My knees didn't enjoy it the next day. I'll be back to read more updates. Take care.
