So I decided that the way to treat the deadlift problem is to start over the way I did with squat.

Hope the dl plan plays out as well as squat has been. Holy fukn ohp, my shoulder aches just reading that!

Not much to log today, I woke up with pretty bad hip pain. I don't know where it came from or why, I was pretty inactive over the weekend.
I did some deadlift OHP GHR and dips.

Rough week
Weds was bench and good mornings, pretty light. That hip pain soreness started to ease up weds afternoon and is just a painful memory now.

I'm going to give lower carbs a try, see how I feel and if I can shrink the belly a little.
Starting today at 202 lbs, yesterday was a bit of a junk fest so that maybe somewhat inflated.
