Another one of those days where I cannot deadlift to save my life, really disappointing as the last two weeks went reasonably well.
Dead not even sure where I failed here, but warm ups at 225 were @9

Again, just completely unable to deadlift. Lower back refuses, it's not even a matter of pain. And when I did pull warm ups, I got crazy light headed.
B.y. is is going nicely brother! If it's not pain then what feeling are you getting that you just can't dl? Is it in set up? Has POB checked out a recent dl vid form you? Stay the course
It probably has something to do with the set up, but I fear neurological. I get down, pull the slack out and try to initiate the pull and nothing. I can RDL just fine though and I've been working on my hips. I do need to do a vid because it could be something really obvious.
Last few weeks, no matter how long I sleep I wake up feeling like a zombie. I've cut back on melatonin etc but that doesn't seem to help. Since I am a first am lifter, it's affecting my workouts, takes longer to warm up and I lose time for real work.
