Im not a good sleeper either, especially when on certain compounds! What kind of pre workout/how much caffeine you taking? There are natural supps you can take for sleeping too, though I cant say what really works...

My biggest problem is stopping sweating, lol

Try some melatonin, wife takes it and she likes it.

Ive heard a blend of melatonin and gaba (or derivitive) works well, I can look up where I saw that... Ive been on tren daily for a few months now and occasionally been taking a vicodin or two to knock me out if I REALLY need the sleep...

You can try the "SLeep Aid" supplement at Trueprotein

personally, I don't really like it, i seem to sleep for only 6 hours when taking it and waking up is weird. But, everyone else I've talked to about it likes it a lot.

You might try klonopin. They gave me that shit for anxiety, but all it did is make me sleep.

Honestly bro, I work out at 6pm, and load up on caffeine, but usually have no issue falling asleep at 10 or 11.

Before bed I take:
Protein shake mixed with Skim
Cal/Mag/D 500 of each
Vitamin C 1000mgs
L-tyrosine 1000mgs
Zinc 30mgs

And that's it, Used Melatonin, but it lost its affect, then when I did take it, kept me up all night. So who TFK's
