We are pretty much in the same boat. I don’t sleep worth a dam, I fall asleep super fast but between 12-2 I’ll wake up & just lay there with my mind racing. I’ve also got the pee issue. Getting old sucks.

I can fall asleep immediately, depending how tired I am, I can sometimes get 3, sometimes 4 solid hours of sleep. But after I wake up the first time, I am up every hr, or hr and a half because I have to piss. It's frustrating, annoying, and nothing I can do about it. But yea, sucks getting old.

Try afrin, blow your nose... repeat several times. Turn up the pressure a couple.

Works every time.

I do it cuz I take viagra around 7 if it's our night for sex. It's still lingering around 845 at bed.

I've done it sick too..

I flush/rinse my nose every night with NeilMed. Ive used all kinds of Nasal sprays, and the reason I dont use them too much anymore, because they leave a chemical odor on my breath. My wife never wanted to kiss me, because she could smell it. For months, we couldnt figure out what was causing it. I thought it was my diet, or foods that I was eating, even asked my dentist. But we narrowed it down, and figured it out, it was the prescription nasal sprays. Stopped using it, and the odor went away. But yea, viagra does that too me too with the stuffy nose.. Just something I have to deal with.

This makes sense. Do you actually have sleep apnea vette? That should be all you need to do lol
Lol, appreciate the ball busting! I definitely have mild OSA, going off memory it was around 5 API...so I hope I have proof being forwarded to the new doctor and won't have to suffer through a sleep study. I'm sure the doc would hate me if I used different memory cards/machines...but once upon a time, a buddy told me just to buy a CPAP on the black market and go about my business - didn't know if that was the case, or what the underground might suggest if I found myself in a bind (whether my one machine fails, is lost/stolen/broken, etc)

I use afrin every night. I have had my nose broken 5-6 times since starting boxing. It is a mess. My doc does not want to repair it (again) until I stop boxing. He reccomended afrin. I used a cpap and now I do not need it. I also have an articulationg bed and sleep inclined up. I sleep better now than when I did with the cpap.

I have talked to a few people that have been interested in doing the same. I'm sure that there is a way to, but I am not sure where or how.

You'd think there would be empathy for those with high risk relationships, might eventually settle for one crazy woman (..exhausting setting up the machine daily bw homes), no promises

Came out like a bandit at the sleep med appointment, tripled the machinery!!! Learned my current device was in fact involved in the recall, and Philips will likely hook up a replacement (&/or send bribe money, for the inconvenience) - also qualified for a fresh machine, it was a good day (hopeful for a good night, with less demands from the better half...won't hold my breath in that dept..).
