Slam Balls

Looking to pick up a few in various weights, anyone have any suggestions on something affordable that will also last a bit. The Rogue's are awesome but super pricey.

I really like these, but damn they are expensive. I have purchased some that are more of the "slam" balls. I use them for explosive movements such as rotational movements to help with throwing and hitting. Overhead and shoulder work is also nice with these. Problem is they don't have any bounce to them so you really can't utilize a wall to do wall slams and etc.

Let me see what I can do some snooping. I wouldn't mind picking them up as well. But damn Rogue Fitness has some awesome equipment, but it would send me to the poor house for sure.

there are 3 different types below....Body Solid brand.....good alternative to Rogue...cheaper and hold up well.

I know a few ppl who sell the brand and can get can decent discounts off retail....so i have a bunch stuff in my garage gym from them.

Soft med balls....good to throw but not meant to slam on ground

Thanks Val, much appreciated. I guess I was looking for Slam Balls, not traditional medicine balls. Do the tire tread balls bounce or just die after you slam them?
